From harvesting to milling and from field activities to factory works, there’s active involvement in the process. The workforce at the mill are vigilant and self-aware of the quality of rice as it’s consumed by their families for ages. The result is a fistful of grains that’s finest and rich in taste. Myself and my brother were privileged to receive a formal education from a business school, where we translated our knowledge into productivity and understanding quality. Our father always taught us that, it’s the quality of the product that always assures a presence in the market and enhances marketing. He defined the true meaning of business where he stated that a workforce is the ultimate soul of a business, they need utmost care who work day and night for you.
We saw this principle as our motto and moved forward. The journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth it when we ourselves today.
